Intimate Weddings/ Micro Weddings at 440 Elm

Intimate weddings often have different requirements than the classic wedding. We often see:

• a focus on fellowship and conversation
• a desire for a really fun party over the more structured elements of a wedding (dance floor, cake cutting, etc)
• some unconventional themes and approaches that reflect the interests of the couple and their friends

What Our Venue Offers for Intimate/ Micro Weddings

440 Elm has a lot of beautiful spaces that allow for groups to have multiple experiences. Imagine a beautiful outdoor dining experience on our Plaza followed by a lively evening at a jazz lounge. Or enjoy cocktails outside and then move inside for dinner with a lovely pianist and harpist over a long dinner on our black and white floor.

As a venue with gorgeous historic touches and a chef team that loves to create elaborate food experiences, we are a great spot for an intimate wedding that circles around gorgeous spaces and an incredible dining experience.

Our most popular indoor spaces for smaller weddings revolve around our Black and White Foyer (we can set out long dinner tables for an extravagant evening - see our French Dinner Menu). Or for larger groups, we have an exposed brick Parlor with a stage and plenty of space for a Micro Wedding party.

Booking Windows for Intimate/ Micro Weddings

440 Elm is a large wedding venue and our minimums revolving around our Sanctuary are often not compatible with a smaller group. Our Saturdays are generally not available with smaller group options until about 3 months out, and our Fridays and Sunday dates come available about 6 months out. Please feel free to ask about preferred dates as we near these windows.
