Plated menus are an elegant format with a high level of service and hospitality. 

Plated Service Options

A wedding with a plated menu has multiple options for service, which can change the experience. We generally recommend selecting either a 22 or 15 minute timing option to deliver plates to all of the seated guests at tables. For those seeking a higher service level a synchronized ballet service is also an option.
