440 Elm offers a great offsite location for Association and other events at the nearby Long Beach Convention Center or local downtown Long Beach hotels. After a long several days of convention or meeting activity, we offer a space to get away from it all and create distinctive experiences for your attendees. Whether you're looking for a group dining experience that no restaurant could handle (we can seat up to 750 inside and more with a tent across our spaces) or you want a large room with the abiity to bring 400+ people together with a stage, presentations, awards, and potentially some entertainment.

As a full-service catering company known for themed events, our culinary team can take your attendees on an adventure, tell stories about your groups, or incorporate imagery/ themes from your broader event. We're also happy to include stations and other elements that make the trip memorable and instagrammable for your attendees, sponsors, and VIPs.
