440 Elm provides a conference venue convenient to both Los Angeles and Orange County attendees. Located in downtown Long Beach, near the Long Beach Convention Center, it takes advantage of the infrastructure in place in downtown Long Beach for hosting conferences and conventions.

We offer an experience that isn't your standard hotel ballroom...most of the planners we speak to are looking to create a more distinctive experience! We have a gorgeous 1913-era Sanctuary that can hold up to 900 people (theater style) or 500 for dining (at rounds) in a room that inspires and gets people dreaming.
